How to recruit cam models for your site

Members come to a cam site for its models, and models go where they earn and feel safe. Recruiting is not a one-off job: you bring models in, help them earn in their first weeks, and keep them with fair pay and good tools. Here is how.

What models look for

Models compare sites on a few things: the share they earn, how and how often they are paid, how easy it is to go live, and how safe they are. Safety means being able to hide from their own country or region, keeping their real name private, and a team that acts on reports. Be clear about all of these before you ask anyone to join.

Write a page for new models

Your "become a model" page should answer what a model wants to know in the first minute: what they earn, how they are paid, what they need to go live and how long approval takes. Show the ways they can earn, from tips and private shows to fan clubs and media sales. A short sign-up form that leads to a checklist in their own panel loses fewer people than a long application.

Verify every model

Every person on camera must be an adult who has agreed to appear, and you must be able to prove it. Check each model's ID before they go live, and on couple and group accounts check every performer. Keep the documents private and keep them for as long as the law asks.

Work with studios

Studios manage several models at once, often with their own rooms and equipment. A studio can bring a group of experienced models in one go, so give studios their own panel, a clear way to be paid, and the option to split earnings with each model.

Use referrals and bounties

Your affiliate program can pay a bounty for every model an affiliate brings. Your own models are often the best recruiters, because they know other models, so pay them for a referral too.

Help new models earn in their first weeks

A new model who earns nothing in the first week rarely stays. Mark new models on the home page, place them where members see them, and help them set up a tip menu, a goal and a fan club before their first show. Show them their statistics, so they can see what works.

Keep them

Pay on time, every time, by the methods models want, such as PayPal, Paxum, bank transfer or crypto. Answer their questions quickly, fix what breaks, and listen to their ideas. Models talk to each other, and a site known for paying fairly finds recruiting easier every month.

Questions

What share do cam models earn?

You decide. Set a clear share for each model, and remember that models compare sites before they choose one.

Can models work from a phone?

On FluffCams Pro, yes. Models go live, run shows, sell media and follow their earnings from the browser on a phone or a computer, or stream from OBS.

How do I verify models?

With their photo ID and a verification photo, checked by your own team or through an outside ID check service such as Veriff or Persona.

Do I need models before launch?

A few, so the front page is never empty. Other cam sites' models can fill the grid through their affiliate programs while your own list grows.
