License Agreement

1. The license

When your order is paid in full and released, FluffVision gives you a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run one copy of the software for one website (one domain), for your own business. A test or staging copy of that same website is allowed. Each further website needs its own license.

2. You may

• run the software for your website and earn from it without paying us any share;
• put your own name, logo, colours, texts and design on your website;
• change the source code for your own website.

3. You may not

• sell, rent, give away, share or publish the software or any part of it, changed or not, or offer it to others as a service;
• remove, change, bypass or disable the license key or license-check system, or help anyone else to do so;
• use one license for more than one website;
• claim to be the author of the software.

4. Ownership

The software, its code, design, documentation and the FluffCams and FluffVision names remain the property of FluffVision. Your license is a right to use the software, not a sale of it. Your website's own content and data belong to you.

5. Updates

New versions of this product are free for the life of the product while your license is in good standing (see the Terms of Service, section 9). Updates may need a newer server setup.

6. The license key

Your license key identifies your license. Keep it private. If it is shared or used for more than your website, we may replace it or end the license.

7. Transfer

You may transfer the license, together with the website it runs, only with our written agreement. Write to us first.

8. Ending the license

The license ends automatically if you break this agreement or the Terms of Service, or if the payment is refunded or reversed. You must then stop using the software and delete your copies.

9. Hosted plan

The monthly Hosted plan gives you the use of the software on our servers while you pay for it. It includes no files and no license to the files.
