How the three differ
What you pay up front and every month
The FluffCams Pro license is $799 once, and with our hosting it is $799 once plus $49 a month, live video included. xCams sells a lifetime license for $699, and Adent.io's own guide estimates at least $200 a month for the server it needs. Scrile Stream is mainly a monthly service at $245 or $395 a month plus a $95 setup fee; owning it means the $3,995 lifetime license and $495 a year after that.
What comes in the box
FluffCams Pro ships with the money features already built in: six payment providers, model ID checks through Veriff or Persona, interactive toys, paid messages, fan club levels, pay-per-view media, an affiliate program and other sites' models in your grid. xCams lists payment gateways beyond CCBill, ID verification, toys and OBS as add-ons sold separately. Scrile lists paid chats and a referral program but does not name its payment providers.
Streaming and OBS
FluffCams Pro streams real-time WebRTC video through an SFU media server, with adaptive quality and relays for strict networks. Models go live from the browser, or from OBS 30 and newer over WHIP, which passes the picture through without re-encoding on your server, with a classic RTMP stream key for other encoders. xCams runs on Ant Media with HLS or WebRTC and sells OBS as an add-on; Scrile mentions WebRTC or RTMP. Support and updates
FluffCams Pro includes 12 months of support, and support for as long as you host with us, and every update for the life of the product. xCams includes 6 months of support and upgrades, then a yearly fee. Scrile's Lifetime plan includes a year of updates. Either way, ask each company what happens after the included period before you buy.
Questions about choosing a cam script
Is FluffCams Pro cheaper than other adult webcam scripts?
Up front, the FluffCams Pro license costs about the same as an xCams license and much less than a Scrile Stream lifetime license. The bigger difference is what comes with it: payment providers, ID checks, toys and OBS streaming are built in instead of sold as add-ons, and updates are free for the life of the product.
Do I really own FluffCams Pro?
Yes. The license is lifetime, you may change the source code for your own site, and we take no share of what your site earns.
