Hosting Terms

1. What hosting includes

• Your FluffCams website set up and running on our servers, with live video hosting and connection relays (so viewers behind strict networks can watch).
• Server upkeep, security updates and software updates.
• The server size of your plan. A larger server is a separate, higher monthly price.

2. Bandwidth

Every plan includes a monthly amount of outgoing traffic, shown with the plan. We watch it for you and tell you at 80% and at 100%. Above the included amount we may slow live video, ask you to move to a larger plan, or bill the extra traffic at our current rate, after telling you.

3. Payment

• Hosting is paid one month in advance. With automatic payments PayPal charges you each month; otherwise we email an invoice before each month.
• If a month is not paid within the grace period, your website may be suspended until it is paid.
• Offers such as free months or a free domain apply only as stated when you order.

4. Domain names

A domain we register for you is registered in your name, with privacy where the ending allows it, and renewed with your hosting while your hosting is paid. If your hosting ends, you can ask us for the transfer code to move the domain to another provider.

5. Your content and your website

You are responsible for everything on your website: its content, models, members and their payments, and following the law (see the Terms of Service, sections 2 and 10). We may suspend a website that breaks the law or the terms, or that harms our servers or other customers.

6. Backups

We back up your website's database regularly, as an extra safety and not as a guarantee. Keep your own copies of anything important.

7. Cancelling

You can stop hosting at the end of any paid month: stop automatic payments in your account and tell us. We keep your website's data for 30 days after hosting ends, then delete it. If you own a license, you can take your website to your own server; we give you a copy of its database on request while the data is kept.
