Refund Policy
We stand behind the software working as shown in our demo. That is what we refund; everything else is final.
When you get a full refund
You get a refund of 100% of the purchase price of the software when all of these are true:
- The software is installed on a server that meets our published server requirements, or on our hosting.
- It does not work the way it works in our public demo.
- You told us within 7 days of your purchase, describing what does not work, and gave us the access we need to look at it.
- Our support could not make it work as in the demo within a reasonable time (usually 7 days after you gave us access).
What is not refunded
- A server that does not meet the requirements, or problems caused by the server, its settings or other software on it.
- Software that works as shown in the demo, whatever you expected.
- Changing your mind, not needing it any more, lack of technical knowledge, or not reviewing the demo and the description before buying.
- Design, features or limits that were described or visible in the demo before you bought.
- Changes you or someone else made to the code.
- Hosting and monthly fees for time already provided, setup work already done, and domain names already registered.
- Instalments of a payment plan that was cancelled because a later instalment was not paid.
- Orders where these terms or the License Agreement were broken.
How to ask for a refund
Write to us from your account's email address within 7 days of your purchase, with your order number and what does not work. Please do not open a payment dispute first: we answer every day, and a dispute freezes the order while it is open.
An approved refund is paid back the way you paid (PayPal or Bitcoin, at the dollar amount you paid), and your license key and downloads stop working.
All other sales are final
By buying you confirm that you reviewed the demo, the feature list and the requirements, and that you could ask us any question before buying.
