Affiliate Program Terms

1. The program

The FluffCams Affiliate Program (the "Program") lets approved partners earn commissions by recommending FluffCams software, hosting and plugins sold by FluffVision ("we", "us"). By applying you agree to these terms, the code of conduct below and our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can join

• You are at least 18 years old and follow every law that applies to you.
• You have a FluffCams account with a confirmed email address and give us a PayPal account or a crypto wallet for payouts.
• We approve applications at our discretion and may refuse or end an affiliate account at any time.

3. Commissions

Your rate depends on how many sales you make in a 30-day period:

• 1 to 3 sales: 25% per sale
• 4 or 5 sales: 40% per sale
• 6 or more sales: 50% per sale

When you reach a higher rate within a 30-day period, that rate applies to every sale of that period, including the earlier ones. For example: 2 sales on day 15 and 4 more by day 30 earn 50% on all 6.

A sale is one order. Commission is worked out on what the customer actually paid for the product, without taxes and without refunds:

• An order paid in full earns on its purchase price (not on hosting months included with it).
• An instalment plan earns on each instalment as it is paid.
• A monthly plan earns on its first month only.
• Later monthly hosting fees, and orders you place for yourself, do not earn commission.

4. Tracking

Your link is any page of fluffcams.com with your code added (?ref=YOURCODE). When someone clicks it, a cookie remembers you for 30 days; an account they make in that time also remembers you. An order placed within 30 days of the click is your sale. If the customer clicks another affiliate's link later, the latest click counts. We are not responsible for sales that cannot be tracked because of deleted cookies, browser settings or other things outside our control. Your clicks, sign-ups, sales, rate and balance are shown in your affiliate dashboard.

5. Payouts

• Hold: a commission can be paid 90 days after the customer's payment until you have earned $1,000 in commissions in all, and 30 days after the payment from then on. This covers our refund window and chargebacks.
• Minimum: you can ask for a payout from your dashboard once $100 is ready to pay.
• Payment: we send it within 5 business days of your request, in US dollars, by PayPal or crypto. You pay any fees your payment provider or bank charges.
• Keep your payout details up to date. A payout sent to the details you gave us counts as paid.

6. Refunds, chargebacks and fraud

If a sale is refunded, charged back, disputed or found to be fraudulent, its commission is removed. If it was already paid to you, the amount is taken off your next payouts. We may hold payments while we look into suspicious activity.

7. Commissions are final

Paid commissions are final, except in cases of fraud, chargebacks, refunds or a breach of these terms.

8. Promoting FluffCams and saying you earn a commission

Use only the pictures and wording we provide (in your dashboard and on our site). Every page, post, video, email or ad with your link must clearly say that you earn a commission, before the link, for example: "I earn a commission from FluffCams if you buy through my link." This is required by the US Federal Trade Commission's rules on endorsements and is a condition of the Program.

9. What you must not do

• Send spam, unsolicited email or mass messages, or post where it is not allowed.
• Make false or misleading claims about FluffCams, its features, its price or what a buyer will earn.
• Buy ads or search keywords with "FluffCams", "FluffVision" or similar names, or register domain names that contain them, without our written permission.
• Use our names or logos in ways we did not provide, or suggest that you are FluffVision or our official partner.
• Generate fake clicks, sign-ups or orders, use bots, or buy through your own link.
• Sell or share your link with others, or let someone else use it.
• Break the rules of the platforms you promote on, or any law.

Breaking these rules can end your affiliate account at once, and commissions not yet paid can be forfeited.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time. We may end your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, especially for a breach of these terms or the code of conduct, fraud, many chargebacks, prohibited ways of promoting, a breach of law, or no sales for 180 days. When we end it for a breach, unpaid commissions can be forfeited. When it ends for any other reason, we pay what is ready to pay once it meets the minimum.

11. Your promises

You have the right to agree to these terms, you will follow every law that applies to you, and you own or have permission to use everything you publish.

12. Liability

We do not promise that tracking is perfect and are not liable for commissions lost to technical problems, deleted cookies, browser settings or failures of other services. Our total liability to you under the Program is limited to the commissions owed to you.

13. Changes

We may change these terms. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page; continuing in the Program means you accept them. Commissions earned before a change are paid under the terms that applied when they were earned.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Please contact us first: most questions are settled quickly. Any dispute is decided by the state or federal courts located in Nevada.

Code of conduct

Honest promotion

• Describe FluffCams truthfully, including its price and what a buyer needs (for example a server, or our hosting).
• Never promise income ("make $10,000 a month") and never use made-up reviews or success stories.
• Do not attack other companies or spread false information about them, about us or about other affiliates.

Where FluffCams must not appear

• Next to illegal content, hate speech or content that sexualises minors, in malware or unwanted software, or alongside pirated material.
• In ways that break CAN-SPAM, the GDPR or other email and privacy laws.

Being professional

Write clearly, answer people's questions politely, and send buyers to us for support and sales questions. We may review how you promote FluffCams, ask you to change content, and check your traffic and sales.

Your information

For the Program we keep your account details, your website, how you promote, your payout details (stored encrypted), your clicks (counted per day, without the visitors' addresses), the sales and commissions linked to you and your payouts. We use them to run the Program, pay you, prevent fraud and keep financial records, which we keep for 7 years after your affiliate account ends. We share payout details only with the payment service that sends your money. The rest of our Privacy Policy applies.
