The product
What is FluffCams?
Software for running your own live cam site, in two editions: FluffCams Pro and FluffCams RTC. FluffCams Pro has live rooms, private and group shows, tips, fan clubs, paid messages, payouts for models and studios, and an admin panel for all of it.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The demo is the full script with sample models and members.
Can models stream from OBS?
Yes. Models go live from the browser on a computer or a phone, or stream from OBS 30 or newer by WHIP, which passes their video through without re-encoding. Programs that only speak RTMP can use a stream key instead.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Members watch and models broadcast from phones as well as computers, and the site can be installed on a phone like an app.
Can I put my own brand on it?
Yes: your site name, logo, app icon, colours, texts and pages are all set from the admin panel.
I have an idea for a feature.
Tell us. When an idea makes the script better for everybody, we build it in, often quickly.
Licensing
Do I own it?
You buy a lifetime license for one website. You keep everything your site earns; we take no share.
Can I change the code?
Yes, for your own website. You may not resell or share the script or change its license system.
Are updates free?
Yes, new versions of the product you bought are free for the life of the product.
Hosting
Do I need my own server?
No. Choose a plan with hosting and we run everything, live video included.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, or we register one for you in your name.
Billing
How can I pay?
With PayPal, a debit or credit card through PayPal, or Bitcoin.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes: half of the full price today, and the rest in three monthly payments. You choose at checkout: run your site on our hosting while you pay (hosting is a monthly fee, the first month paid today), or just pay it off. The files are yours after the last payment, and you can stay on our hosting after that if you like.
What is your refund policy?
If the software does not work on a proper server the way it works in our demo, and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund. Tell us within 7 days. All other sales are final; please try the demo and ask us anything before you buy.

How long is support included?
12 months from your purchase, and for as long as you host with us.
How do I report a bug?
From your site's own admin (System > Report a bug) or from a ticket in your account. Reports go straight to the people who build FluffCams.
