How selling tokens and paying models works
Money moves twice on a cam site: members buy tokens with real money, and models and studios are paid real money for the tokens they earn. Tokens are worth what you decide, and every earning is matched to the payment it came from, so the numbers always add up.
Buying tokens
Members buy tokens in one buy window that opens the same way on every page, in the room, the inbox and the account pages. It shows your packages, any offer made for that member, a box for coupon codes and the price in the member's chosen currency, and every order gets a receipt. Spending protection limits what a brand-new account can buy in a day and slows down accounts whose payments keep failing, because stolen cards are usually tried on new accounts quickly and many times.
Ways of paying: cards, PayPal and crypto
The script takes payments through Segpay, Verotel and CCBill for cards, PayPal, NOWPayments for crypto and Blockonomics for Bitcoin. Each one is your own merchant account, connected in the admin panel with your own API keys, which are stored encrypted. You switch each way on or off and upload its logo for the buy window. Members can pay in their own currency at the day's exchange rate. A test checkout lets you walk through the whole buying flow with test cards before you take real money.
Token packages and offers
You set the packages members can buy, each with a number of tokens and a price; the "save" labels work themselves out from the price per token. On top of that you can run happy hours, a "special for you" banner, coupon codes, and popups, banners and a prize wheel for members. Every offer gives members more tokens for the same money. None of them changes a price a model set or the share a model earns.
Sales tax and receipts
You set a standard tax rate and a rate for each country or region, or none. The tax is worked out when the order is made and stored on it, so later changes never rewrite old orders, and receipts and credit notes carry their own numbers. If you sell from the EU, members can type a VAT number; the EU's free service checks it on the spot and the receipt is issued as reverse charge. A spreadsheet lists sales and tax for your accountant. Chargebacks and refunds
A chargeback is a card company taking a payment back after the cardholder disputes it. The script takes back the tokens the order gave as far as the member still has them, shows the loss for what was already spent, and opens a case with an evidence page for your reply to the card company. Card networks start to worry at about 1 percent of sales. Refunds work for anything bought with tokens, one refund per payment, and the model's earning is reduced by the same amount so payouts stay right.
Paying models and studios
Everyone owed at least your minimum payout is listed. You pay people one at a time, or everyone who is due with one click: PayPal batches go out through PayPal's own system, while Paxum, bank transfers (SEPA and ACH files) and crypto give you a file to upload at the service. Nobody can be paid twice for the same earnings, and if a person's earnings change while a batch is open, their line is held for you to look at. Payouts can also run automatically on a schedule, with safety limits you set. Studios are paid for their models either all to the studio or split between model and studio at a cut the model has accepted. Each model enters their own payout details, which are kept private, and you can collect tax forms where you need them.

Do I need my own merchant account?
Yes. Every way of paying runs through your own account with Segpay, Verotel, CCBill, PayPal, NOWPayments or Blockonomics. The money goes straight to you; we take no share of it.
Which way of paying should I start with?
Most adult sites start with a card company that accepts adult businesses, such as Segpay, Verotel or CCBill, and add crypto for members who prefer it. Read each company's own rules for your kind of site before you sign up.
Can members pay in their own currency?
Yes, when you switch currencies on. Tokens stay the same everywhere; only the price shown in the buy window changes, at the day's rate, and your reports stay in your store currency.
How often are models paid?
As often as you choose: one by one when you like, everyone due in one batch, or automatically on a schedule with the limits you set.
What happens when a member files a chargeback?
The tokens from that order are taken back as far as the member still has them, the case opens with an evidence page, and the member's account loses its trusted status for 90 days.
Can I test payments before I go live?
Yes. The test checkout is a pretend payment company that only the members you choose can see. It runs the whole buying flow with test cards and a test wallet, so you can check packages, offers and receipts first, and you switch it off before launch.
Does the script handle tax for me?
It works out and stores sales tax per country or region, checks EU VAT numbers and numbers your receipts, so your records are complete. What rates apply to your business is a question for your accountant.
