Getting started
A studio (agency) applies on the Studios wanted page with its business documents: a company sends its registration certificate and the owner's ID; an individual sends proof of address and ID; both give a tax number. The site team looks at them (nobody else can) and approves the studio. Then you can add models.
#Dashboard
Where your studio stands: what needs you, who is on camera now (with their pictures), your models, your top earners of the last 30 days, what the studio earned day by day, and recent activity. From the picture of a model on camera you can open a page to watch and moderate that model's room (only your own models' rooms).
Your models
#My models
The models who work for your studio. Each keeps their own account and ID check: you see who they are, whether they are online, their hours and what they earn for the studio; you never see their documents, messages or members. There are three ways in:
- Add a model: type the name the model will use and the model's OWN email address. They get a private link to choose their own password (you never see it), finish their profile and send their own photo ID. The site approves the account like any model's. What they earn from then on belongs to your studio's agreement.
- Send the invitation (an existing model): type their username. They get a message and accept or decline on their Account page, then the site team approves the move. What they earned before stays theirs; only what they earn after joining counts for the studio.
- Studio code: a model can ask to join with it.
A model who wants to leave asks to leave (with a reason, and proof for serious ones); after the waiting time the site sets, they are released, or you can release them at once. You can pause a model (they cannot go live and are told why); the site team lifts the pause. A studio never sees a model's private data.
#Statistics
Money earned per day and per model while they were members of your studio, plus viewers and people. Viewer numbers start filling in from each model's next broadcast.
#Comments
What people wrote under your models' pictures and videos. This page is only for reading: each model answers, pins and deletes comments in their own account.
#Promote
Boost your models' rooms among the first of the site's first page, with a "Promoted" label. First choose the models, then the boost. You pay from the studio's unpaid earnings, and the more rooms you boost at once, the lower the price per room.
Money
#Earnings
What the studio is owed and its payouts. How you are paid depends on the pay mode agreed with the site: in one mode the site pays the studio the whole share of your models for the time they were in your studio and you pay your models yourself under your own agreement; in the other the site pays each model their share and you your agreed cut (which the model must accept). Amounts use the site's token value and count only what the models earned while they were in your studio. Hours come from the time each model was online.
#Studio details
The studio's public details (shown to models invited to your studio) and where the studio is paid. To change the company name or the pay mode, write to the site: a pay mode can only change while nothing is unpaid.
#Alerts and app
Turn alerts on or off for this phone or computer and put the site on your home screen like an app. Under What you are told about switch email and alerts on or off for each kind (payments and payouts, studio news, messages from the site team, offers). Emails from the site is one switch for all email. While you have the site open on screen no phone alert is sent, because you already see the news in the bell; alerts return a minute after you leave.
#Account
How the studio account is kept safe: password, two-step sign-in, your data. To close the studio, write to the site team.
